Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Application refers to Velocity, the software program provided by the Company.

Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service. Inquiries via email can be made to privacy@vpsec.io to make deletion requests and a certificate of deletion will be issued.

Individuals have the right to withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawal of consent should be respected and put a stop to any further collection and use of the individual’s personal information. It may also mean that data held by an organization about an individual should be deleted depending on the circumstances.

Personal data is not shared with any party other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorized to process personal data.

Business Transactions
